Monterey Peninsula Inns – Policies
Monterey Peninsula Inns’ carries a 48- hour standard cancellation policy, which will allow cancellations up to 3:00pm 2 days prior to the arrival date reserved. Please note: Special Event / Holiday periods require a 10-30 day cancellation policy, which will allow cancellations up to 3:00pm 10-30 days prior to the arrival date reserved. To determine the cancellation policy for your dates, please confirm the cancellation policy with our Reservations Office which can be reached at #800-575-1805. Minimum stay requirements of 2 or more nights may be required during weekends, Holidays or Special Events. No Shows will be charged the amount of the first night room charge. If a minimum length of stay is required for your reservation, the no show charge will be equal to the number of nights required. Management reserves the right to release any reservation who no-shows on their arrival date or any reservations should the credit card used to guarantee the booking be declined. Management deems the right to cancel any reservation due to circumstances above without notification.
Our Inns allow pets in designated “Pet-Friendly Units” only. There is a non-refundable fee of $30.00 per pet lodging. For stays of 4 or more nights, there is an additional $5.00 fee per pet per day beginning upon the fourth night of stay. The guest will be required to sign a pet contract along with their registration card at time of check- in. A welcome package for your pet will be delivered to your room prior to arrival. This package includes: sheet, towel, water and treats.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed solely on the patios of rooms featuring a private patio and/or “designated / labeled” exterior smoking sections.
Parking is complimentary and located near Guest rooms.
All reservations will be subject to a 10% lodging tax and a $2.00 Tourism Assessment Fee as required by City Law.
Hotel is not responsible for lost items or shipping fees of lost & found items to guests. Please remember to take all your belongings with you including: Cellular Phone Charges upon your departure.
Accessible rooms are available for Visual, Hearing, or Physically impaired guests. Please contact our Reservations Department should you require an accessible room or are bringing your pet.
